Who We Are
BUILD
There is a teacher shortage in our country, but not a shortage of teachers.
In the past year (2022) many school districts have seen as much as 50% of their teachers walk away leaving them scrambling to find qualified personnel to provide effective instruction.
Data shows many students are reading well below their grade level, math assessment scores are suffering and graduation rates are decreasing.
Build Consulting Group has made a commitment to positively impact this data.
